For over 100 years, the number of children needing intervention in Summit County has increased. And the trauma these children experience leaves them with complex needs that require a range of services and extensive treatment.

Since 2008 – cumulative impact of a loss of over $58.6 million over the last 9 years.


SCCS has not received an increase in levy funds for 30 years.


Vote November 6th

In order to continue the critical work of keeping children safe, SCCS will place it’s levy on the ballot this November. It is a 2.25 mill renewal levy with a 1 mill increase and provides nearly 60 percent of the agency’s operating budget.
